FNB how van we not help you?

FNB, how can we help you or rather how can we not help you? This should be their new slogan. How likely am I to qualify for a product on their app, very likely. When you apply you get declined without a reason. When you send a mail to enquire, you get redirected to the app. What the hell? When phoning you get transferred numerous times, wasting my time. Your banking fees are also rediculous. So now I will help you, by closing my account and moving to a bank that really wants to help me. Good luck FNB and thank you for not helping after more than 25 years. May our paths never cross again and I will most definatly not reccomend your services to anyone. It has not been a pleasure.
