FNB - How they NOT helping me!!!

I have been struggling for over 3 weeks to get through to the Debit Order department to speak to a consultant in order to reverse debit orders that should not have gone off my account. Every time, I am constantly referred to the app or to securechat, but the app only allows one to dispute debit orders under R200 and the securechat keeps telling me to call in or use the app. - constant circle of NO ASSISTANCE. The debit orders that have gone off my account have taken all my money and left me with nothing for the month of May and no way forward from FNB. I am at my wits end as after 50 call (yes, no over exaggerating and 3 hours worth of airtime!) NO ONE is still able to help me. We are already in such stressful times at the moment and now the best bank has let me down enough to want to close my account and go else where. I am highly disappointed!
