FNB - How they can't help you

I am in desperate need of assistance. I have been under debt review since 2015. 99% of my debt has been settled.

However there is one account with FNB that has been prescribed. They have furnished me with a current statement showing that there is nothing owing. My debt counselors are insisting that FNB give a written prescription letter stating the loan has been prescribed. I have moved earth and sea trying to get this from FNB but they will only send a statement. Legally they should have sent me this letter when the debt prescribed initially.

I'm finding myself in a position that the debt counselor does not want to issue me with a clearance certificate since in there opinion the statement is not good enough.

How difficult is it just to send someone this letter?
