FNB - HOW THE MIGHTY WILL FALL........HISTORY HAS TAUGHT US THAT!

One Star is too much. FNB used to be a fantastic bank. NOT ANYMORE! The people working for them, now have NO CLUE about customer service. Secondly FNB are forcing clients to help themselves all the time via their APP. In a nutshell, you will be charged for service and then be forced to help yourself. If you try go in to a branch for help....guaranteed they will try and force you to help yourself via their APP!

PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON OTHER BANKS PRIOR TO OPENING A BANK ACCOUNT! If you use FNB, chances are, you are going to be disappointed.

I hope someone at FNB reads this and has the ability to help me........I have tried so many times for assistance, I just get given the run-around. If there is a backlash from FNB for posting this, then I will make that VERY public!
