Fnb how safe is our money

Some one did 2 uber transactions from my new bussiness account. They say the ****mers had my card details. The worry i have i have never used the card so nobody has seen the details on my card. I mantain the people who make the cards give out the details on the card. How safe is my other accounts by this bank. This is the second time this has happened to me. The ***** line makes the case but you never hear from them again. Im unhappy and worried. Looks like if you own a card your money will be taken.
