FNB - how not to help you

FNB has now not downgraded my Credit card for over 3 months I have requested this several times and all I get is that it has been escalated. I am currently not based in South Africa and this has just been a burden on my head. Opening loans and credit cards are simple and fast but try closing them and it's a 6 month ordeal. This is pathetic.
