FNB .... HOW MUCH LONGER WILL THIS CONTINUE ........

I wrote a review around two months ago about an unfortunate situation with FNB ..... now all this time later I still do not have a resolution and in fact the bank keeps taking money from my and my husbands account. All I get from them is that it is out of their control and they will resolve. The initial query was 8 months ago .....

I have been retrenched and FNB now owes us +/- R15 000 in amounts deducted in error.

You cannot stop these debit orders or return them as its with FNB and its not permitted, so they have free reign to your bank at anytime with no control.

I am a private wealth customer ..... not sure what that means when you cannot get any assistance and three people involved in the process

Andisiwe Nakasa | Private Banking Analyst | FNB Private Wealth- Portside | Premium Gonas Moodley | Sales & Service Manager | FNB Private Wealth - Portside | FNB Premium Sino Rapiya | Private Banker | FNB Private Wealth | FNB Premium

Interesting to see what response we get now.

Mandy

Reviewer Update
Today I received a call from FNB - Andiswa to advise that my query has been escalated again but have no outcome. They also cannot advise what they intend to do about the money taken from my account incorrectly and to top it all Gonas (relationship manager) handling my query is no longer with FNB! She has resigned ......
If this is how they deal with clients ... this explains why they loose good staff! I mean after all I am a Private Client....

It is appalling how FNB has handled the situation and 8 months later still trying to get a resolution. If I owed FNB money would they wait 8 months and not charge me interest.

Hoping for some kind of decent feedback.
