FNB- how many we help you ...WHAT A JOKE !!!!!

Well ,,,since my first review I posted around mid July .A consultant from FNB complaints department contacted and assisted me with feedback that the reason for my claim being rejected the first time was invalid. She further informed me that the claims department management team have instructed that my claim be sent back to the claims department to be re-assessed ,Fast forward to today 05 August 2024,, NOTHING AND I MEAN NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE !!!!!Today .I have called and spoke to three different consultants and nobody can give me any information because there is nothing new on the system .so I sit with the same problem from the first review .. And their slogan is 'HOW MAY WE HELP YOU'
