FNB - How little can we help you??
I am so sick and fed up of being **** to and ****** from by FNB it is ridiculous. Either they are reversing debit orders that should have gone through easily or they are charging me penalties for things which I didn't approve and have no idea what they are. Countless number of fees charged randomly for "unpaid items" each accruing their own penalty fee yet the bank cannot tell me what it is for or who it is going to nor can they stop it. It's ridiculous I hate this bank and it just keeps ripping me off every day. It returns debit orders that there is more than enough money to cover for no reason and when I query it they say they can do nothing about it simple as that.

06 Apr 2022, 14:14So as soon as I posted this complaint I got an email from FNB logging my complaint and saying they're on it and someone will contact me. After that I got another email from them basically saying that they have apparently "fixed" my problem and just generally insinuating that I am now allowed to fall on my knees and praise them. Not once did they even bother to talk to me at all, let alone maybe asking me personally what the problem even was to begin with. I did reply to that email stating exactly what I'm saying now, outlining my entire complaint, etc to which I have as yet received no reply so I can only assume that they feel the matter has been resolved *sigh* *face-palm* *eye-roll*
