FNB - How far you have fallen - dissapointing.

Sticking my money into a mattress at this point would be a better option (and more affordable because it doubles as a bed and there are no bank fees). I have been holding for 2 hours and I am still waiting for someone to answer. App**** for a loan that was approved more than a week ago and still haven't been paid due to a debi-check issue. Been back and forth with this - even filled out a manual form - still nothing. I was fortunate enough have made arrangement with another financial institution at a escalated rate because the loan shows against my profile which has upset my credit score. Im left with little choice but to move over to another bank. Financial institutions should have backup systems in place - but apparently that's not the case with FNB
