FNB - (How did you help?) or not ???? SAFT

FNB handling the SAFT process has been very frustrating!!! I receive an Email stating the approval. Received a Loan Agreement not correct. Telling me how to load a new application. I loaded it, received approval but NO contract except promises! One email after the other still no contract and no funds???? Only to find out today that ALL Benefits have been depleted. Emails not answered, Telephonic ally assistance not useful.
