FNB - How Dare You ??

Tried to draw cash from the ATM at the George Branch today only to find out that my Premier Cheque account has been "soft blocked". On investigation I am told that I had not yet updated my Fica detail and therefor my account was blocked!!! How dare you deny me access to my money??? Even if I did inadvertently not respond to a notice to renew or confirm my detail, surely the bank should advise by whatever means that the information is outstanding. What if I were out of the country and needed some cash - What then?? FNB - HOW DARE YOU !!! Your high and mighty attitude stinks !! - Time to change to a bank that respects its clients.
