FNB - how can't we help you today?
FNB is unable or unwilling to provide me with a bank statement in English ****il the next "cycle" - not my problem). They have also been unwilling to provide me with written communication that they are unable/unwilling to provide me with bank statements in English. I will therefore not be able to apply for a Schengen visa until after my planned business travel dates.

20 Jan 2025, 14:29I don't care about a reference number, I couldn't care less for FNB's internal procedure. I just want my bank statements in English (now) or a letter from FNB stating that they are unwilling or unable to provide this now!
