FNB HOW CANT WE HELP YOU

I have been try to get through to a consultant for the past 3 days and all I hear is a recording that we are currently receiving high volumes but never get through to a consultant. I sent an email to assist at FNB no response. PATHETIC service and very disappointing that you don't assist your members.
