FNB how can't we help you

If you read this for the love of god do not bank with these people. Something as simple as transferring money from a savings account to a cheque account takes five departments and one hour on the phone just to be told. Nope. First they say its inactive then someone else says there is a hold on it because of a missing document and I still cant do something simple like taking money from a savings account to current account.
