FNB HOW CAN'T WE HELP YOU!

Let me start off by saying FNB's slogan shouldn't be "How can we help you" because no one can help me. I've been transferred to so many different departments and consultants are so rude! While i am still speaking to them they cut me off by transferring me to the next person who does exactly the same. I laid a complaint on the 28th October 2020 and then on the 2nd November 2020 and to date nobody has come back to me! FNB listed me and when I called to ask for a settlement letter the consultant told me that its prescribed debt and that there is no settlement letter available and I must just leave judgement it on my name for another 7 years because there is nothing they can do to help me. Which is totally ridiculous, I then asked if he could please ask his legal department to contact me and still have heard nothing from them . I feel that FNB is prejudicing me and my financial health. If debt is prescribed they need to remove listing off my name! which no one can help me with! besides this personal account I also have business account with FNB and want to close is as the service i have received this far is pathetic!
