FNB How can you help me?

Since May 2020 i am trying FnB insurance to help me with lost of income support on my accounts. (not COVID-19 loans but installments repayments by my insurer.)At first the insurance ask me to submit ,a letter or affidavit that i'm not been reeving a full income as i did send all required documents to them than they just gone very quiet on this case and know 2 months of no payments, they harassing me with and an already approved covid -19 death sentenced loan or face death penalty with law- suite. How low can they go ... I am saying if i was not covered with their debt insurances i would have understand , i am paying for this service every month a policy insurance of a R 300 ON A LOAN OF R100.000. .Can they just approved these insurance PAYOUTS so fast as they can approve u a loan...they a real disgrace -inhumane
