FNB - How can we ***** you even more!!!

I am unable to process payments because I am in Cape Town. My passcode hasnt changed, yet I cannot authorise my PC that i have been using for years!!! and I cannot get through on the FNB business banking telephone lines. FNB really is useless!!!
