FNB "How can we **** you"

Its very sad to see how FNB does not take me serious, i logged a complaint and no one ever bothered to respond to it. Last week i called and i was told that someone will call me and that person has never called me. I have been wasting my airtime trying to call customer care where my call is transferred and dropped.

I am switching bank from next month and please note that this was my last salary deposited to this useless bank. You guys should change your slogan to FNB "How can we **** you" @Absa and @Standard bank kindly contact me because i am done with this bank.
