FNB - how can we waste your time?
<p>Century City branch, none of the staff are properly trained. We went through on Saturday, to get my account Fica'd and my surname changed, and to get three month's banking statements. We get to the door, and the usher tells us, we have to print our own statements at home, then they will stamp it for us, else they will charge us R13.50 a page. A statement Shelley Ann at the counter confirmed. I had a police affidavit with me as a proof of residence, to which we were immediately told wouldn't work. I must also state here, that even though I was the client, Shelley ann spoke to me via my husband, like it was the 1950's. We were assured they will be open on Sunday, we must just go print our statements, and they will stamp them for us. Got back yesterday with our printed statements, where we were promtply told that they don't accept them. After being made to wait in a queue again. We have to print them at the branch. When I printed them there, annoyed I asked "How does a black and white statement look more legitimate than a colour one I have right here?!" The acting supervisor barked back at me "We've NEVER printed colour". My husbands statements were'nt printed up to date, so we got made to wait in the queue AGAIN. Where the same supervisor comes to my husband: "Give me your statements" No please, no nothing. And got them stamped. Your slogan is supposed to show that you want to help us. Not make us come into a branch two days in a row for this. I've had a better experience at home affairs, with much friendlier staff. What a JOKE.</p>
