FNB how can we take you money and not assist you with ANYTHING

So the struggle with FNB continues. I have 2 small business accounts my monthly banking fees are R650.00 and R900 average every month.

Futhermore I notice that I also now pay R19.20 per EFT from my account to other FNB accounts. I also pay R19.20 per debit order. R45.39 for a R325.00 cash deposit?????? R51.80 for a R1200.00 cash deposit as an FNB ATM??

A lady by the name of Priscilla from FNB called me twice to say that she is looking into our account but STILL no solution to the problem. NOW THE BANKING FEES ARE JUST MORE.

FNB Calls you once and if you dont answer they send you an email saying .. we tried to call you but were unable to get hold of you. NONSENS I was busy on another call when FNB called and they only called once.

FNB are ****** .. how can we take your money, not how can we help you!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend has a premier account with FNB her earn double my income and he pays a flat fee of R280.00 per month.

Dont worry FNB soon I will move my accounts and all my staff will have to move their accounts and eventually my boyfriend will also have to move his account. My family and everybody I dealt with will know how pathetic FNB is getting.

Chasing money is worse than dogs chasing cars FNB. THATS all that FNB does - they dont care about customers anymore.
