FNB - How can we suck you dry and ***** you over

So far my experience with FNB has been nothing short of disappointing.

After requesting a loan to consolidate credit card debt & some other accounts, they not only offer me interest rates far above that which I’m already paying, but they refuse to match the interest rate on vehicle finance and on a home loan that I currently have with different institutions.

They charge a ridicules amount for "platinum account holders" for “personalised service & interest rates”, but the only personal interest belongs to FNB.

It is sad to know that this company, who built their brand on “how can we help?” has resorted to how they can ***** you over.

It saddens me that I have to own a bank account to be able to transact in this modern society.

They can offer our president such wonderful service and interest rates, clearly the average person isn’t their target market and the best interest of our country is not very high up for this helping (themselves) bank. I will be making a point of looking for a bank that is willing to grow with me and my career where both parties benefit and not just the bank.
