fnb (HOW CAN WE ***** YOUR MONEY)IN BREACH OF CREDIT AGREEMENT.

I have to say fnb is really bad, when it come in treating their customers fairly. I have a personal loan with fnb which I took out a while ago, and the agreement was, they will debit my account on the 25th of every month, not a day sooner, but this has not been happening, they will debit my account as soon as my salary is deposited into my account even if my salary is paid in on the 23rd they would debit my account, although the agreement between me and fnb is the 25th of the every month. This month my salary will be paid into bank on the Sunday which is today, fnb decided to debit my account on the 23rd . There was not enough fund in my account, now I have to R75 for bounced debit. Our agreement is the 25th of every month, fnb breached our agreement, now they make me liable for the R75. I believe this is against the CPA laws of the country, why would they breach our agreement, is because they think that they can do as they please because my account is them. I really think this practice is unfair and it ******* to. So after I saw the that I must not pay fnb R75 which they will take automatically from account because they do as they please, I contact the lady who helped me with the loan application. The lady that I email yesterday regarding the early debit, is Belinda Mhlakanya, so since she was the one who did the initial application, and I asked why was account debited on the 23rd instead on the agreed date. Her email response was , see below

Good day

When I did an application with you I captured the 25 and I don’t understand why they debited you yesterday., am very sorry I can’t change it for you as I do loan applications only

Please contact our help desk on ********** 596

Am very sorry about the inconvenient you can email a complaint **********
Thank you

From: neto smith ********** /> Sent: Saturday, June 24, 2017 7:28 AM
To: Mahlakanya, Belinda ********** RBJacobs ********** ********** /> Subject: Fwd: FNB LOANS

BUT MY ISSUE, IS YES SHE COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE EARLY DEBIT DATE, BUT AT LEAST FORWARD MY COMPLAINT TO THE RELEVANT DEPARTMENT ON MY BEHALF AS SHE KNOW WHAT WE AGREED UPON, BUT INSTEAD, NOI GOT THE BUSINESS WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THAT ITS NOT HE R PROBLEM ALTHOUGH SHE IS A REPRESENTETIVE OF fnb. I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED RB JACOBS ON MY EMAIL WHO IS VERY USELESS IN ADDRESSING COMPLAINTS. FNB IS *****ING FROM ME AND THIS AGAINST THE LAW, THEY WENT INTO MY ACCOUNT WITH OUT MY AUTHORITY, SO IS THE NEXT BEST THING IS TO MOVE ACCOUNT AND GO TO STANDARD BANK SO THAT THIS **** CAN STOP, THAT MEANS I WILL HAVE THE POWER NOT THEM.THIS IS BS THAT YOU DISNONER OUR AGREEMENT. IF YOU DON’T RECTIFY THIS MATTER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE I WILL MOVE MY ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER BANK AND THIS AUTOMATICALLY STOP THE DEBIT ORDER, AND I WILL PAY YOU VIA EFT, YOUR SERVICE SUCKS. HOW CAN WE ***** YOUR MONEY
