FNB - HOW CAN WE ***** FROM YOU TODAY?...

Again you charge my account ********** fees for alleged "ITEMS PAID NOT PROVIDED FOR" to the amount of R335 IN TWO DAYS!! Both days there was more than enough money in to satisfy all payments, even leaving my balance after the fees were charged of hundreds of rands still so how does that make sense? How can there still be that much money in my account after I was charged such a large amount for effectively not having enough money in my account??? This is my fourth time complaining about this same issue on here because apparently it is the only way to open communication with this bank but often that doesn't even work.

SO TELL US FNB - HOW DO WE GET YOUR ATTENTION AND WHAT WILL IT TAKE TO GET YOU TO START TREATING YOUR "VALUED" CLIENTS WITH SOME MODICUM OF DECENCY AND RESPECT???
