FNB, how can we ***** and de***** you today?

The most horrible bank has done it again. FNB debited my account even though I app**** for FNBlife to pay my obligations on grounds of inability to earn income. They debited twice per obligation, what makes it worse is that they did this last month and refused to reverse R220 even though they debited before the 25th, of which is the agreed upon date. This horrible bank needs to reverse all these ********l failed debit orders. FNB must stop running a tab on our accounts and ********ly enriching themselves on our expense. This pathetic excuse of a bank does not deserve our business!!
