FNB, how can we ***** you?
1. FNB has an fnb connect mobile service, there is a catch, as soon as the data you signed a contract for runs which it will because 1gb for 65 is not going to last for 30 days, you will be forced to but more data fnb effing connect is going to force you to pay prepaid data rates which are double the contra t rates which they did not tell you when you took out the contract over the phone. Day light *******. They don't tell you that your contract data runs out your contract becomes prepaid(ridiculous oxy*****, imagine if lobola worked like this, you pay R1000 per month when you've used (ok I mean *****ed) her/him enough for the month she changes from married to unmarried and if you want to ***** her or him some more you must pay unmarried rates which are double the married rates, only in S.A. and only at the effing connect, what a laugh!) 2. What they also hide drom you is that they will change you R40 for a sin swap and they sim swap will only work the next day and you will have to run around between branches for the new sim card to work if you are dumb enough to continue the contract (even at prepaid rates). 3. Lesson to myself, leave FNB and when a bank pretends to be a mobile service provider, they are trying to ***** you. 4. So they ask for an alternative number for the retention team to call me. I told to take their contract and shove it. There is nothing to retain(divorce is already through and I am now married to my ex, Telkom). All I want is for someone to apologise and wish me a pleasant life.
