FNB, how can we ROB you?

Thankfully i can start out by saying I don't owe wesbank anything, closed my credit card and cancelled my fnb law on call as I discovered I might soon have to take legal action against fnb. Yesterday,30th august i spoke to an *********** person named Menzi khumalo who assured me he would send me forms regarding updating my life insurance policy allocated with my bond. I NEVER received it even after requesting it when i sent him a mail. I discovered that back in 2017 FNB never amended my life insurer and I've been paying technically double for life insurance on my repayments which amounts to much more if I take interest into account. ANYONE reading this may check twitter/google to see how someone named Emerald van zyl pointed out how FNB literally *****s from their clients. I also got into contact with my then allocated private banker regarding the "help" she offered regarding the amendments which never happened. Kim manuel simply rep**** by saying i should contact a call center. Luckily for me i have all her mails. To whoever reads this please be aware that FNB have a gimmick whereby they ask exorbitant account fees for a "private banker" who merely acts as a call center operator. We are currently in the process of seeking legal assistance to claim back the money ****** since 2017. After my wife spoke to a different call center agent he claimed he couldn't understand what was said and done and would definitely escalate the matter. If he saw alarm bells going off what was my "private banker "then doing who never handled the matter? We have all our mails proving relevant parties received new documentation but it was never amended nor did any fnb staff communicate further. Nor did my fnb "private banker" escalate or handle the matter.
