Fnb, how can we rob you?

On the 16th of Dec I transferred money from one account to the other, planned on withdrawing the amount transferred, atm told me its impossible due to lack of funds.

Eventually figured out that the "missing" money was for a personal loan debit order that was already paid for December plus more than the payment amount was done additionally.

After phoning Fnb and being on the line with them for 40min they said they would phone right back.ots 4hours and no word.

The money they collected was as good as theft in my opinion, my account isnt in arrears its the opposite but I do plan everything very finely.
