When I received the documents you made a mistake with the ID numbers. Then it is again 25 min on the phone waiting listening to that stupid Ftup music. Then someone answers and then they dont speak. That is call avoidance. Today 29 July at 08:42 I'm already holding on for 10min. Don't apologize just close your bank. Capitec is the way to go.
