FNB how can we not help you!!!!!!

Absolutely the worst service since the start of lockdown. Giving me a covid loan but not crediting my homeloan account. Debiting my chq account for my homeloan for Sept and debiting my Cheque account to pay my covid loan account but then reversing both incorrectly and continously saying my homeloan account is in arrears. Unacceptable service. Will definitely be taking ALL my business and my husband's to Nedbank.
