FNB HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU DURING COVID.

FNB was suppose to help customers during COVID, but all i got is 'FNB HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU" Im stuck overseas and cannot get back to South Africa, i have done over 50 emails to different departments and app**** online with SSMME and more but all i got back was it was forward to someone or they will get back to me. It is shocking and some people only came back 3 months later. I have spoken to about 10 different people and to date still no help. it seems like FNB will only help if you have Millions in the bank
