FNB - how can we not help you? Despicable and ********** bullying from FNB CONNECT

What a disaster of an experience. FNB connect has barred me from accessing my SIM card. I lost my phone 3 months ago. As my FNB account has a hold on it I am unable to access my cell number. This has also caused huge security problems with two other banks as I am unable to access the bank accounts without receiving any OTPs. Even upon ordering an additional sim card and going into the branch because my account is on hold they would not able to activate the sim card that I ordered from FNB. This is totally *******. They are effectively barring me from a cell number that I have had for 15 years. Unbelievable.
