FNB - how can we NOT help you

I submitted 2 claims for retrenchment on 10 January 2020. FNB never resolved the claims and keeps debiting account. FNB will you be doing a refund for the money that you are debiting every month? its been more than 7 months and you cant resolve my claims. I keep calling your claims department and im being send from pillar to post. I am changing my bank, you are disappointing.
