FNB - how can we not help you

I logged an insurance claim through the FNB, as my water pipe burst at home, which was quite serious . I got a call back from the insurance department and the guy said it was logged and it being a Sunday and after 4pm, the assigned plumber will come out today to conduct repairs etc. this was the claim reference number . 862687 .

Nobody has contacted me and nobody has come out . Nothing . And calling the call centre is a waste of time as you get transferred all the time .
