FNB, How can we NOT help you!

I have been disputing a matter at FNB since last week. I was at the branch, and on the phone with so many people from FNB, and no one could help me. I eventually got an email address to send my lawyer's letter to. I rep**** to this email yesterday, and still not a word again from FNB.
