FNB HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU AS A CUSTOMER???

Dear FNB, will you please advise how long I will be kept on your debt review list? After struggling to get help and 5 visits to your branch to obtain paid up letters nothing has changed, I financed my car through another bank as you would not even look at my application. I thought that after completion and you issuing paid up letters that I would be removed. Most of my working life has been with FNB however being in need of emergency funds you will automatically turn to your bank 1st right? Is it time I looked somewhere else for my banking needs? There are banks willing to offer what I need but my loyalty clearly blinds me, my accounts, my children's accounts, my insurance is with with FNB and this is the thanks I get?
