FNB-How can we NOT help you?
My Family and I recently travelled to the U.S. Prior to departure we visited the FNB branch in Parktown where I requested my daily withdrawal and swiping limits be increased in order to accommodate for transactions. I was assured it was done and even signed a document. On arrival in Miami on hotel check in reception says ,card declined due to daily limit been reached! How embarassing! I then finally find online that she did not increase my limit in the first place so I did it myself through the online banking. Assured All was in order only to get an sms few days later saying that the money was indeed reserved for the hotel! I emailed and was contacted by Dieketseng Makoko saying that she will investigate. After no response from her I mail again to be rep**** to by yet another *********** person named Xolisile Dhlamini asking me to fill out attached disputed forms! I explain to her that I am on vacation and I will not be filling out anything, she doesn't respond. In actual fact neither of the 2 *********** staff members till today have contacted to apologize even! I have logged up to 4 complaints ONLINE with NO ONE bothering to contact me! These funds have been reserved for 2months
