FNB How can we not help you?

Make that no stars. I have still received no acknowledgement of my response to the letter of demand from FNB nor a receipt for the payment of the outstanding amount. Are banks so full of their own importance now that they no longer deem it necessary to respond to correspondence or issue receipts? The service is abysmal.
