Fnb (how can we not help you)

The most *********** organisation in the world. Bond statement. I say it again, a simple bond statement. So fnb cannot issue their customers whom they've offered home loans for 220 months = 20yrs a single piece of paper that proves that they've taken a home loan with them. I've been sent from pillar to post for a good 4 days with no luck. Can't access it on their useless app because I don't directly bank with fnb (best decision of life). Going to the branch is just as fruitless cause the very same agents will call one another & still have no resolution. Getting sms & emails about my account being in arrears is a daily thing. Yet it's an impossible task to obtain a proof of bond to resolve the very same issue... Literally this letter will just assist me to get a bond subsidy from my employer, yet this company is failing me because my account is in arrears. But they are not offering any resolution... Now I'm trying to change financial institutions, I hope & pray the transition won't be as chaotic:( 😡
