fnb how can we not help you.

<p>Fnb is one ****y bank especially the estate late department.i was told that they were waiting for an email from the master of the high court since december up until now,ive been asked to call them back numerous times which requires me to use my airtime and petrol to go to the bank just for them to close an account.what angers me the most is that they are still deducting from a deceased persons account after I have instructed them to close the account and to top things I called them today and theyre team leader said I should go to the master of the high court myself If I want to get the help they need.why do I bank with them if I have to do their jobs?!when I asked when should I call them again they said I should call them in february,i asked if will it be closed by then and the rude lady said she doent know and hung up on me.</p>
