FNB How can we not help you!

<p>Dear FNB. </p> <p>Seeing as I'm a lesser customer to you. I hope you find this in good order!</p> <p>I have joined your iconnect service for simplicity. But I was sadly mistaken. It's the worst service ever! Your FNB app SUCKS! When I want to recharge my airtime and data it will debit my account but I would not recieve any airtime or data that I have purchased. I have complained about this and it falls on deaf ears. I have been debited R90 worth of airtime and data that I did not recieve. This using your app. Also please explain as to why my ewallet service is not working. It's been removed from my acount! Is this what I'm paying banking fees for? </p> <p> </p> <p>Public take not dont even bother phoning FNB call center. They simply don't answer the phone. As I had experienced holding on for 26min and no answer. Well done FNB! Keep up the poor service! FNB How can we help you. Please FNB you got to refrase that one to not!</p>
