I am school leaver who finally got a part time job as a waiter in this tough economy. When my second weekly wages was deposited by my employer, the entire amount was **********ly deducted by Microsoft on the 01/06/19.

I immediately went to FNB Cresta, and registered this with Thandiwe. She told me that she would log this. R1,200 may not seem like much money to an adult, but to an 18 year old part time waiter it is equivalent to R12,000.

I went back every day for a week and because I needed the money for transport to and from work. Every day I was given the run around by all members of the FNB Cresta branch.

Has the FNB Slogan now suddenly changed to “HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU?”
