FNB - How can we NOT help you!
Other FNB Credit Card Account Holders, did you also get blocked accounts due to FNB not running their debit orders on the 1st of May??? I've never missed a payment because FNB should take the debit order if a transfer was not made. Now this morning on a public holiday, I get a sms to request payment of double the usual amount due, all available funds have been blocked, and FNB offices is closed due to public holiday- so no one can assist in solving the matter. Family members and friends experienced exactly the same... all with blocked accounts and double the usual payment requests. Some did the payment already a couple of days ago, went into the branches, but the personnel is so uneager to help, with puffing of air and long sighs and very *********** to assist in this matter with empty promises to phone back and solve the matter, so still blocked accounts after 3 days..... Oh but wait.. the ********** transactions can still go through the account.. ***** transactions that have been reported to the ***** division and asked to be returned but yet continues after 6 months!!! I wonder if this is inside info? With this process we had to apply for a new credit card also to stop the *****... on the 26th of April we received the new credit card, but FNB mailed again this morning to let us know a new credit card is on the way, how many cards is in circulation? Even before we could activate the new credit card- ********** already used that card as well.... the ********** enjoy more than R20,000 of our hard earned money and FNB let them? FNB -"How can we help you"...
