FNB How Can we NOT Help You?

5 years after my ,mother passed on I am still awaiting for the finalization of her Estate by FNB. The account has been moved from one person to the next over the last five years. No matter how many times you follow up and try to assist in the closing of this no one seems to care basically because my ,mother was just an average rural woman who was corned by FNB to do a will with them and she thought she was doing the right thing for us as her children. Little did she know that 5 years later without any clear explanation we will still be waiting for the closing of L&D account. Miss Candice may who is handling the case, does not give any feedback. I would have written a LONG story of where it all began but honestly I am emotionally exhausted, I have several e-mails following up but no JOY.

So I was contacted by Shanoj Ramdhani, who referred me back to the same consultant who was not helping me. I tried several times to call the gentleman to no avail and sent several e-mails to which I received an automated reply saying : "Thank You for your e-mail. A reply will be sent to you under a separate cover by Mrs Candice May" Today I called to follow up, a month later and I was told by Thembela Ngudle that that the call was closed by the Fiduciary department. What a Load of BullC*ap. I am still tirelessly trying to get someone who actually gives a damn.
