FNB How can we not help you

We app**** for Debtreview on our accounts in 2013 through a debt counselor. Consent letters for all the accounts was received from First national bank debt review department excepting the proposed interest rates. It has been 5 years and in Aug 2018 I thought we will be done with this... O no.. First national bank had other ideas. It seem that they only converted our accounts in 2016 and the excepted interest rate was app**** only in 2016 and can not give us proof were the conversion notice was send to . This is not my concern. My concern is we not only had to pay non debtreview interest rates. The overdrafts on the cheque accounts was used by the bank. Money that was mistakenly transferred into these cheque accounts was taken by fnb. I requested statements and had to wait more than a month. On accounts that has been overpaid no statements has still been received. My debt councilor is just telling me that fnb is taking there sweet time to respond to any requests. I call the call centre only to hold until I can not any more to try and sort this out -- sms are send to me from FNB that our debtreview will be cancelled. Hallo..........I have never been so upset and frustrated with any financial service. Absolutely no service at all... it take months for them to send me incorrect information. I have logged complaint twice already through their complaints emails.... just no response... this is the 3 and final complaint ... I have now followed all requirements to log my complaint with ombudsman
