FNB How can we NOT help you?

My debit orders are supposed to go off after my salary day 25th but now I am being debited on a date prior to the one which me and FNB agreed to (from 25th on wards). I called FNB and the calls lasted more than 1 hour while i was being transferred from one department to another. This is the second time it happens, obviously I had to waste my time and air time trying to get help but did I get any? NO. I asked for terms and conditions where it states that my account can be debited before my pay date but FNB fails to provide such. This goes to show that banks think they can do whatever they want with our monies. FNB please return my money before end of C.O.B today (23/03/2018) or the following day. Or provide me with Ts and Cs that I agreed to.
