FNB how can we NOT help you

My father who is 90 years old, lives in the UK and he is in hospital at the moment. My Dad has sent a letter where my Dad gives me permission to enquire on his account on his behalf. Probably in file 13 now. My dad has not received a statement from FNB since Oct last year, which has resulted in one of his policies lapsing. If we received the statements we would have been aware there was a problem an rectified it in time.<br> My mother has spent 3 hours in one day on the line to your wonderful call centre to NOT get an answer except \we will call you back\" - guess what! she is still waiting for that call. Now a payment to a UK account did not go through in Feb and I am wanting to find out what the problem is, so that we can rectify it. It in the meantime my parents have no money, very considerate FNB! All I want is to find out what the problem is so that we can fix it!"
