FNB How can we NOT help you
I called weeks ago and followed up a number of times, only to be advised this morning that there was never a request logged to close the requested account! This is ridiculous.

I have been mailing and still no response, no call received, nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Called the call centre and on the line with the 4th person who is not sure who to transfer the call to for Account cancelllations. This is ridiculous!
