FNB.....How Can We Not Help You

I previously opened a trust account with FNB and they graciously took 1 month to process my application and give me an account num.<br> Now i need another account to be opened and i can see it going to be the same story ( ALL the necessary documents were submitted from my side). I sent the documents twice...received 2 reference nums....and when you call the accounts division no one has any clue of what is happening.<br> I posted a similar thing on hello peter for the previous account but got no reply what so ever from FNB. Am hoping this time I DO get a response and improve their service
