Fnb how can we not help u

It is extremely disappointing that at a time when theres a global pandemic the bank whose logo is how can we help u is the only one that is offering no assistance to their clients.my brother banks with fnb..he asked for a payment holiday and his account was debited as normal..this is pathetic for such an institution..I'm disgusted.
